একদিন এক কৃষকের গাধা গভীর কুয়ায় পড়ে

গেলাে। গাধাটা করুণ সুরে কেঁদে কৃষকের দৃষ্টি

আকর্ষণের চেষ্টা চালাত লাগলো। কৃষক ভাবলাে

যেহেতু গাধাটা বৃদ্ধ হয়ে গেছে, কাজেজই একে

উদ্ধারের ঝমেলায় না গিয়ে মাটি ফেলে কুয়ার

মাঝেই কবর দিয়ে ফেললেই ল্যাঠা চুকে যায়।
